SOFTWARE END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
The Software End-User License Agreement governs the downloading, installation, activation and use of reitzwerk Software. It covers paid and free Software, demonstrations, evaluation versions, beta and test versions, license rights, permitted use, restrictions, intellectual property, warranties, liability and termination.

SOFTWARE SUPPLY AND PURCHASE TERMS
The Software Supply and Purchase Terms govern how reitzwerk Software is supplied, purchased, downloaded and delivered. They explain the relationship between reitzwerk, the user and any authorised reseller, marketplace or merchant of record. They also address product information, pricing, digital delivery, purchases, free downloads and applicable consumer rights.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains statutory withdrawal rights, voluntary refunds, subscription cancellation and the effect of a refund, reversal or chargeback. It also explains how the policy applies differently to paid Software, recurring services and Software supplied free of charge.

LICENSE TRANSFER POLICY
The License Transfer Policy explains whether and how an eligible reitzwerk Software license may be transferred to another person. Not all licenses are transferable. Free Software, demonstrations, beta licenses, promotional licenses, subscriptions and NFR licenses are normally excluded unless the applicable product terms or mandatory law state otherwise.

SUPPORT, COMPATIBILITY AND UPDATES POLICY
The Support, Compatibility and Updates Policy explains reitzwerk’s general practices for technical support, compatibility, troubleshooting, maintenance, updates and product discontinuation. Product-specific system requirements, supported platforms, host applications, formats and known limitations are stated on the relevant product page or in the accompanying documentation. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, this policy does not create a guaranteed response time, service-level agreement or fixed maintenance period.

The Privacy Policy explains how reitzwerk processes personal data in connection with the website, downloads, purchases, licensing, activation, support, security and product communications.
